The Cakap referral program is a program where all Cakap friends can invite anyone to develop themselves within the Cakap ecosystem and have a better life.

Referrer is you, Sobat Cakap, who has the right to invite as many friends as possible to join the Cakap ecosystem by sharing the Referral code and is entitled to receive rewards from Cakap. Meanwhile, a referee is your friend whom you invite to join the Cakap educational ecosystem.

Make sure you already have an account on the Cakap app and can access your Cakap referral code to share with your friends.

You can access your referral code in the ‘Referral Program’ menu on your Profile page.

There are 3 levels in this referral program.

Level 1 (Starter): Referrer, or you as a Cakap friend who already has an account in the Cakap app.
Level 2 (Premium): Referrer, or you as a Cakap friend who has purchased or previously bought private or semi-private packages in Cakap. Purchase Cakap Package
Level 3 (Duta Cakap): Referrer, or you as a Cakap friend who registers in the Duta Cakap (Ambassador) program. Register as a Duta Cakap

The commission earned will vary according to the Referral Level of your Cakap friends.

Level 1 (Starter): 35% off voucher for the purchase of Cakap Private, applicable to all packages and languages, except for the Placement Test package.
Level 2 (Premium): 7.5% Alfamart voucher based on the transaction value of your friend.
Level 3 (Duta Cakap): Cash reward of up to 15% based on the transaction value of your friend.

So, the more friends you invite, the more benefits or rewards you will receive!

Your friends will receive a special discount of 15% for the purchase of Cakap Private packages (except Japanese language).

You will receive the Starter level commission immediately after the transaction, and the Premium level commission will be processed in the following month after the transaction. For Levels 1 and 2, the commission in the form of vouchers can be directly accessed through the Cakap app.

Duta Cakap’s commission will be sent to the registered and legal bank account.

Just share your referral code, which you can access in the ‘Referral Program’ menu on the Profile page in the Cakap app. You can share your referral code with your closest friends via chat or on social media. Make sure to explain the excitement of learning on Cakap!

There is no limit to the use of your Referral code, but each friend can only use the referral code for once transaction of Cakap Private package.

You can check in your app if there are transactions from your referral code.

The products that can be purchased with your referral code are only Cakap Private products for English, Mandarin, and Korean for both adults and kids. Your referral code is valid for all available packages, except for the Placement Test package.

You can only refer NEW USERS who have never purchased Cakap Private and Cakap Semi-private products before.

If your referee has not registered or made a transaction using your referral code, you will not receive a commission. You will only receive a commission when your referee uses your referral code when making a purchase on Cakap Private products.

There is no time limit for making referrals on Cakap. As long as your account is not deleted, your referral link and code can be used by your referees to make purchases of Cakap Private.
