Cakap has the sole right to determine the validity of a Referrer’s account. Additionally, the Referrer must:

1. Citizen of Indonesia.
2. At least 18 years old.
3. Have a valid and active Cakap account.
4. Be a Cakap user who has registered on the Cakap platform, with commission rates determined based on the Referrer’s level according to Cakap’s Referrer registration policy.
5. Adhere to the Instructions, Terms, and Conditions specified by Cakap regarding the Program’s mechanisms.

1. The Referrer is a party registered on the Cakap platform, subject to the terms and conditions as outlined in the Referrer Eligibility.
2. The Referrer is divided into several categories: Starter, Premium, and Duta Cakap.
3. Starter Referral is a level obtained when the Referrer successfully registers on the Cakap platform.
4. Premium Referral is a level obtained when the Referrer successfully purchases a premium Private or semi-private package.
5. Duta Cakap Referral is a level obtained after registration and approval.
6. Once the conditions in point 1 are fulfilled, and the Referrer is registered on the Cakap platform, the Referrer can access the Program on the Cakap application, specifically through the Referral Program feature.
7. The Referrer is required to follow on-screen instructions and will receive a personal referral code that can be shared with friends, family members, and colleagues (“Referred Users”).
8. After the Referrer shares the referral code, the Referred Users will receive a link to open or download the Cakap application.
9. Referred Users will be directed to the Program orientation page and Cakap Private.
10. Referred Users will be guided to choose a learning package based on their preferences and redeem the received referral code on the payment page. Then, Referred Users will be eligible for a discount for their first purchase of a Cakap Private learning package. The discount amount will be adjusted according to the details mentioned on the Home page and Program orientation.
11. The terms and conditions for referrals are outlined in the Referral that meets the requirements below.
12. After payment is made by the Referred Users, and their status changes to “Active,” the Referrer will receive rewards as stated in the Commission section.

The Referral Link may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. The Referral Link must comply with the following Terms:

1. The Referral Link must not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia; including but not limited to commercial websites that cannot be individually mentioned) or on blogs.
2. Referrers are prohibited from engaging in actions categorized as spamming directed at anyone with referral invitations, including but not limited to mass emails, SMS, or messages to unknown individuals, or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute Referral Links.
3. Referrers are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links.
4. Cakap disclaims and/or releases any claims and/or legal responsibilities from irresponsible parties outside of Cakap engaging in spamming and any other actions falsely representing Cakap but not accessible in the application and potentially causing harm to any party.

1. Referral refers to a new user who has not yet made any purchase of a Premium package on the Cakap platform, excluding the acquisition of a placement test package.
2. The transaction is not using the Referrer’s own referral code.
3. This program is applicable when the selected package is Cakap Private and not the purchase of other Cakap products.
4. If the Referred User has used a referral code in one language program, they can still use that referral code for another language program.
5. The referral code can only be used once per user.
6. If the user has previously purchased other Cakap products excluding Cakap Private, they still have the opportunity to receive the referral discount.

1. The commission amount earned depends on the Referrer’s active level at the time of the transaction.
2. Regarding the nominal commission amount mentioned in point 1, it may be rounded up or down. This is entirely the right and/or authority of Cakap.
3. The percentage and/or amount of commission and maximum reward may change at any time without notice and are entirely within the discretion of Cakap.
4. Commission applies to Cakap Private packages in English, Mandarin, and Korean for both adults and kids.
5. The commission is applicable in multiples based on the number of friends successfully joining the Cakap platform.
6. The form of commission earned by the Referrer depends on the Referrer’s active level when the transaction is successfully completed by the Referred User.
7. If the Referrer receives commission in the form of merchant vouchers, it may be divisible into several parts, each equivalent to the total reward (example: Rp1,000,000 (One Million Rupiah) = 10 vouchers, where 1 voucher is valued at Rp100,000 (One Hundred 8. Thousand Rupiah).
8. Merchant vouchers are entirely at Cakap’s discretion to adjust based on third-party availability. The type of voucher and merchant provided will not change.

1. After the Referred User makes a purchase, the voucher status changes to “Pending” until Cakap determines the commission for the Referrer.
2. The Referrer will receive a commission when the Referrer successfully purchases a Cakap Private package.
3. The conditions outlined in point 2 above apply if the purchase status from the Referred User is “Paid.”
4. The commission used is in the form of vouchers distributed via links and/or codes (“Voucher Commission”) for Starter and Premium level or may be in the form of money (“Cash Commission”) for the Duta Cakap level.
5. Voucher distribution will occur at the beginning of the month, and the amount and/or number of commissions for Starter and Premium Referrers will be calculated from the previous month until a maximum of the 10th day of the current month, with the provision that the calculation cutoff period will occur at the end of each month.
6. The distribution of Voucher Commissions as mentioned in point 5 above will be made within 14 (fourteen) working days after the calculation cutoff period.
7. The distribution of Cash Commissions will be made within 30 (thirty) working days after the calculation cutoff period.
8. The distribution of Commissions to the Referrer is entirely within Cakap’s discretion. Cakap reserves the right to change the commission amount at any time without prior notice to the Referrer.
9. Regarding the ways to use vouchers, it may vary for each merchant. The steps for the “redeem” process can be found on the voucher detail page.
10. Each voucher has an expiration date. The Referrer can only use and redeem it within the specified duration. After the specified date, the Referrer will not be able to use the voucher, including but not limited to attempts to extend or request an extension.
11. The validity period of Voucher Commissions depends on each merchant’s policy.
12. Commissions may not be given or unilaterally canceled at any time if, based on observation by Cakap, there is clear fraud in this mechanism.
13. Voucher Commissions have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes cannot be transferred, auctioned, traded, bartered, or sold. After the Program or its part is terminated for any reason, unredeemed prizes not yet sent to the Referrer will expire or become invalid.
14. The amount of commission to the Referrer is entirely within Cakap’s discretion. Cakap reserves the right to change the commission amount at any time with prior notice to the Referrer.
